If you are health concious and already feeling good, a Rehab Massage session combining Remedial, Deep-tissue and firm Swedish Massage techniques prevents knots and keeps you in great shape!

You will be asked to complete a thorough intake form before your first session and we discuss your goals as well as any concerns.
